Admission Procedure

Admission Criteria

1. Registration of every child is must before admission in any class.The parents will be informed about the date of oral or written test of the child at the time of registration.

2. All applications for admission have to be made in writing on the form obtained from the school office.

3. Students who seeks admission in this school must produce tranfer their certificate from the school last attended, before being admitted, and in the case of candidates coming from schools ouside U.P. the certificate must be countersigned by the Inspector of the State from where they come or Migration Certificate be produced.

4. A new pupil who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official Birth Certificate such as Muncipal Certificate, in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.

5. A new pupil who has attended any unrecognized school in class I and upwards should produce an affidavit by the parent or guardian before a magistrate.The affidavit should clearly state:
(i) The reason why the pupil did not join any recognized school.
(ii) The name and address of the unrecognized school, the class attended and the subjects studied by him/her.
(iii) The last examination passed, i f any
(iv) The leaving Certificate of the unrecognized school as well as the Official Birth Certificate should be produced.

6. All documents, once admitted, become the property of the School and are not returned.



Withdrawal

1. Notice of withdrawal should be given in writing before the fifteenth of the month, else the fee for the following month will be charged .Such notice should given by the person responsible for the same to the School Office.

2. Transfer Certificate or any other certificate will be issued after all dues to school are paid in full. A fee of Rs. 100/- is charged for Leaving Certificate and Rs. 50/- for other certificates.
